RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Note: If you are looking to return an item that is returnable, please fill in our online RMA form. The online RMA form can be found here: RMA Form.

Filling out this form will help to expedite and ensure the proper action upon processing. After this form is filled out and processed, for requests that qualify, you will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) code that will be used for your return. For further expedition, when requesting your RMA, please have the following information handy:

1. Your PO Number
2. Our Invoice Number
3. Reason for Return
4. Action Requested (Replacement/Return /Credit)
5. Whether or not the box has been opened

Important: If you purchased the wrong product by mistake, you must return the purchased product in its original box and the box cannot have any signs of having been opened. Boxes cannot be returned with open seals, damage or other conditions that render the box as having been opened or tampered with.
